「自習室８」利用上のご注意 / Rules and Regulations

• お子様のご利用について / For Elementary School Students 小学生の方は、保護者様の「承諾書」をご提出いただいた後に入室いただけます。なお、保護者様が同伴される場合、または事前にご了承いただいている場合は、承諾書の提出は不要です。 Elementary school students are required to submit a "Letter of Consent" signed by a guardian. This is not necessary if accompanied by a guardian or if prior consent has been confirmed.

• 飲食の持ち込みについて / Food and Beverages 飲食物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。教室内で販売している商品をご利用いただけます（※レッスン受講時を除く）。 No outside food or beverages are permitted. Please purchase items available at our facility (*excludes lesson times).

• 駐車場について / Parking 専用駐車場はございません。近隣の「大手門駐車場」など、コインパーキングをご利用ください。 We do not have a dedicated parking lot. Please use nearby public parking, such as the Otemon Parking Lot.

• ペット・補助犬について / Pets and Assistance Dogs ペットを連れての入室はできません。ただし、衛生管理の行き届いた補助犬（盲導犬・介助犬・聴導犬）は同伴いただけます。 Pets are not allowed. However, certified assistance dogs (guide, service, or hearing dogs) are welcome, provided they are managed according to hygiene standards.

• 入室をお断りする場合 / Entry Restrictions 著しく汚れた服装の方、または香水など強い匂いを発する方は、他のお客様への配慮のため、入室をお断りする場合がございます。 To maintain a comfortable environment for all, entry may be denied to individuals with heavily soiled clothing or strong fragrances (e.g., perfume).

• 破損・汚損について / Damages 設備や備品を破損・汚損された場合、修理・清掃等にかかる実費を請求させていただく場合がございます。 Users may be held liable for the cost of repair or professional cleaning in the event of damage or defacement of the facility or its equipment.

• 禁煙について / Non-Smoking Policy 室内外を問わず、敷地内はすべて完全禁煙です。近隣に喫煙所もございませんのでご了承ください。 Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. There are no designated smoking areas on or near the premises.
