「スピコン８(はち)」は、日本に住む外国人のみなさんや、海外で暮らす外国人のみなさんによる「日本語スピーチコンテスト」です。今回のテーマは「私の町（故郷）」です。このコンテストの目的は「日本語で話す練習が楽しくなること」です。スピーチの文章がうまく書けなくても、事前に申し込めば添削を受けられます。この作文とスピーチをきっかけに、どんどん日本語を話してみましょう。次回も、たくさんの方のご参加をお待ちしています！
＜注意事項＞
応募者は、スピーチ内容の確認のため期日までにスピーチ原稿を入稿してください。①入稿方法：・SNSかmailで「文字のまま」入稿　②原稿内容：・900文字〜1100文字程度の作文形式で提出　・氏名、職業、日付、タイトルを、作文の冒頭に記入
※海外からの応募者との公平を期す為、今後もオンライン開催の予定です。※審査方法は、審査員（多様な年齢職業の日本語ネイティブの皆様）に、参加者全員のスピーチ動画から任意の1位1名をお選びいただく形式です。※3位までに入賞した参加者には、ささやかですが記念品をご用意いたします。※結果発表後に、全員のスピーチ動画を自習室８が運営するHPとSNSへ掲載いたします。
Spicon 8 is a Japanese language speech contest for foreigners living in Japan and foreigners living abroad. The theme of this year's contest is "My Town (Home Town)". The purpose of this contest is to make it fun to practice speaking in Japanese. Even if you don't know how to write a good speech, you can apply in advance to have it corrected. Let's use this essay and speech as an opportunity to speak more and more Japanese. We're looking forward to seeing you next time!

In order to confirm the content of your speech, please submit your speech by the deadline. In order to ensure fairness with overseas applicants, we plan to hold the contest online again in the future. The judging process will be conducted by having the judges (all native Japanese speakers of various ages and professions) select one person of their choice from the speech videos of all participants. Top three entries will receive a small gift. After the announcement of the results, the speech videos of all participants will be posted on the homepage and SNS operated by jishushitsu 8.
